Over the years I have bought several vehicles at Buchanan Auto Park. I always shop around do my homework but it always leads me back to Buchanan. You can't beat their deals. As for the people who are complaining about hidden this and warranty that... You are an adult making an adult decision to purchase a vehicle. It sucks that dealerships push that kind stuff for more that its worth but basically it's your responsibility to make sure you know what you're getting. Look your paperwork over and make sure you're satisfied. All dealerships are in this game to make money and this is what they do. So do your research and you will find Buchanan is a good friendly dealership to make your purchase. Chuck and his crew will make your trip to Buchanan worth it but do your homework first.

I walked in there today Wednesday at 10 in the morning to try to buy a renegade from the salesperson Lara she was fine, and then there was the manager I think it was Mike I had a deal from Tate Dodge a average deal from online I did not even qualify for all of the incentives I showed it to him on the paper he said he wouldn't even dream of beating it or match it so that's a message to all prospective automobile buyer's that are going to Buchanan if you talk to Mike or whatever his name was follow his advice go to Tate Dodge in Frederick Maryland that's what he told me. The salesman, Andrew, very knowledgeable and not pushy! Emphasis on NOT pushy. Answered all our questions and many we didn't even think of.
TRAGIC. Both new and used dealership was nothing short of horrible. The used car lot gave me three different prices by 3 different people. And i have 2 phone calls into the sales manager ( Everett) and still no return call. As well as General Manager (Chuck). Again, No return call. STRONG WORK Guess its time to move onto the next gentleman in line. The operations manager .The new dealership tried selling me everything but what i wanted. Told me to go thru Chrysler financing to achieve all the factory rebates to offset negative equity in trade in. When i started receiving emails about my credit being checked by members first, I questioned Mark ( one of the sales managers) and he told me i would lose 3700.00 on rebates by going through Chrysler. Then asked if we were willing to be color blind as to obtain a 2017 leftover. SERIOUSLY. And finally the were trying to finance lease option and told me that was then only way i could get in my payment range. Mind you i already had pre approval from my bank. NEVER will i consider them for a vehicle purchase. Nor will i ever suggest someone to give them a try
