Gave me broken product had to go in three times to have it replaced, no one apologized... I spoke with four different reps and not one apologized for my inconvenience.
STAY AWAY FROM AT&T. NOT JUST THIS STORE BUT AT&T IN GENERAL. MY DAY OFF I SPENT 4 HOURS ON THE PHONE. 2 HOURS EACH TIME. WAS LIED TO MORE TIMES THEN I CAN REMEMBER!! THEN I WAS PROMISED STUFF AND NOW THEY CAN'T DELIVER! I SELL CARS AND KNOW HOW IMPORTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!! AT&T WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME. ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE NO STARS BUT I HAD TO AT LEAST PUT 1!! I AM NOT GOING TO STOP UNTIL I GET SOME ANSWERS!! THIS IS THE SECOND REVIEW OF MANY!!! THAT IS A PROMISE!
