We purchased our first home with the help of Jim. He was very helpful in working through a short sale and an FHA loan, explaining every step in the process. Although purchasing our first home was daunting, Jim helped to simplify the process. He was professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. Would absolutely have him help us in any future real estate purchases or selling.
This place has the most incompetent people working I have ever met. They violated my lease agreement on more than one occasion and the property manager they gave me treated me like a number instead of a person. Expect nothing but hassles from them. Whenever I brought my concerns to the higher-ups, all I received was an "I'm sorry, but there's nothing I can do" attitude. They tried to pinch every penny they could from me whenever I did nothing to them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE.
The seller of the home I purchased promised to fix the electrical box but did not fix it correctly. Tina made the situation right. Tina went above and beyond the call of duty!
